Many of you know Andrew McCarthy from his time in OUROBOROS drumming up a feast behind all those sax/clarinet players. Or perhaps his fantastic contribution to the Feast Of Cohen event a year ago. His new offering as time keeper and manipulator of this quintet is a shining example of present day jazz seeped in classic 60’s Bluenote and CBS style sound. We highly recommend it.
